Our Honing Machine is capable of honing metallic materials with inside diameters ranging from 2.5 inches to 21 inches and lengths up to 18 feet. It is also well suited for 2.5-inch to 21-inch bore steel tubing, allowing us to service a broad range of hydraulic cylinders and industrial components.
If a cylinder has worn surfaces, scoring, or damage from years of service, honing can restore the internal bore without replacing the entire assembly. This process also prepares newly manufactured cylinders for final assembly by producing a clean, uniform surface.

Using our 1.00-inch DC Morrison Keyseater, we cut keyways ranging from 1/16 inch to 1 inch with a maximum cutting length of 5 inches. This capability allows us to machine a variety of drive components while maintaining consistent dimensions throughout the project. The Broaching Machine is frequently used for components such as hydraulic shafts, couplings, gears, bushings, and other mechanical parts that require accurate internal keyways for proper assembly.

Our TRAK TRL 30120RX Toolroom Lathe offers a 33-inch swing over bed, 20.5-inch swing over cross slide, 118-inch distance between centers, and a 6.30-inch spindle through hole. This machine is well suited for larger shafts, rods, cylinders, and heavy-duty components. For smaller precision work, our TRAK TRL 1845RX Toolroom Lathe provides an 18-inch swing over bed, 10.6-inch swing over cross slide, 45-inch distance between centers, and a 2.36-inch spindle through hole. It is ideal for producing smaller hydraulic components with the same level of accuracy.
